Chef Ryan and Adam source only live lobsters from Maine’s cold waters to ensure the best quality and to keep our local Maine fisheries flourishing during these difficult times.
During the spring lobster season, the lobsters shed their hard shells producing more tender and sweeter meat. These soft shell lobsters live in temperatures ranging between 38-50 degrees in the spring months when these waters are filled with lush nutrients, which will yield better tasting lobster.
Like at our restaurant, we source only the finest ingredients to use for the meal. Through our connections, we are able to select the highest quality produce, proteins, and spirits for your meal.
Using modern techniques, ARDYN chefs prepare, cook, and package the ingredients so that all you need to do is to preheat the oven and pop in your delivery. We provide you with instructions on how to professionally plate your dish just before serving.
With all the heavy lifting done, your family and friends get to enjoy fantastic meal with minimal effort and cleanup. Turn on our exclusive playlist, pour the cocktails over ice, and create art on a plate.
